Yes. The audit, the city check and the written results are free and yours to keep.
My home is not open yet. Can I still take it?
Yes. Pre-opening homes get the readiness version, which scores your waitlist, Google profile, policies and monitoring policy instead of operating items.
Will you need any resident information?
No, and please do not send any. The audit is about your systems, not your residents.
What happens after I get my score?
You can use the free playbook to fix the gaps yourself, or ask us to install the routines for you. Either is fine.
